Gear train for a 4 cylinder 2.1 L diesel engine, consisting of 3 gears from which 2 have the VCST patented split–gear design for noise improvement. These gears are worldwide used by a renowned OEM, assembled on engines in different continents.

Gear-train for a 4-cylinder balancing system, equipped with VCST patented split-gears for optimized NVH and simplified, compact design. Used by premium OEM for its newest generation EU-6d engines.

Gear train for a 6.7 L V8 Diesel engine, consisting of 4 gears. Used in top selling pick-up’s by a renowned OEM in the US.

Gear train with VCST patented design applied on a all-new 2019 heavy-duty pickup. Our know-how and design incorporated into this gear train resulted in improved noise and vibration characteristics, giving enhanced driver comfort.
